Those who travel very slowly may yet make far greater progress, provided they keep always to the straight road, than those who, while they run, forsake it.
Rene Descartes, Discourse on the Method

SOCRATES: Eh! What can be feared when one is doing one’s duty? I know the rage of my enemies. I know all their slanders; but when one only tries to do good to men and when one does not offend heaven, one can fear nothing, neither during life, nor after death.
    Voltaire, Socrates, ACT II

    Time and Tide

    Time and Tide 2

    Time and Tide 3

    Infinity stretches unlimitlessly
    Countless days pass by immeasurably
    Anniversaries gutter in the maelstrom
Whirling a snowstorm of lustrous millennium
    We couldn’t stay together
    This couldn’t last forever
    Senses dissolve into soliloquies
    Flooding ascent in synchronicity
    But we couldn’t stay together
I knew this wouldn’t last forever
Forever just one more tie then never
This is the last string to sever
On and on yes it goes on and on
    I could stay wherever
    I would last forever
Forever just one more tie then never
This is the last string to sever
    Forever never forever
This is the last string to sever
I have lost you for ever and ever

Siouxsie and the Banshees, Forever, The Rapture

Mh, may be it is just me, but it seems a different kind of artwork. To my eye the third version looks more neat. Excellent.
      Amazing lyrics, man.

Thanks a lot Cristian, glad you liked this one.
The lyrics are from one of the best Siouxsie and the Banshees songs, to me… at least.
