Flam3 2.8 Beta6
26th November 2009
Flam3 2.8 Beta6 release mainly corrects some bugs and adds some new Variations to the executables and the flam3 shared library (read below).
New Variations: auger, cos, cosh, cot, coth, csc, csch, exp, log, sec, sech, sin, sinh, tan, tanh.
Thanks a lot to Erik Reckase for the new update!

Flam3 2.8 beta6 – 10/16/09
+ Potential speedup of 5% over prior versions.
+ Many threading issues identified and resolved when using flam3 shared library as
back end for user interfaces.
+ Auger variation added.
+ 14 complex plane variations added.
+ New flam3_make_strip library function to generate stripped genomes for external ui strip renders.
+ Bug fix: when rendering strips, use the same random context for each strip
to prevent edge effects where strips butt against each other.
+ Flam3 will now linearly interpolate missing colors in the colormap.
