Raw Power is the third album by American rock band The Stooges, released in 1973. Raw Power was largely ignored upon its release, and the group broke up in obscurity a few years later. La Consulta – secondo quanto appreso dall’ANSA – ha bocciato il ‘lodo Alfano’ per violazione dell’art.138 della Costituzione, vale a dire l’obbligo di far ricorso a una legge costituzionale (e non ordinaria come quella usata dal ‘lodo’ per sospendere i processi nei confronti delle quattro più alte cariche dello Stato). Il ‘lodo’ è stato bocciato anche per violazione dell’art.3 (principio di uguaglianza). L’effetto della decisione della Consulta sarà la riapertura di due processi a carico del premier Berlusconi: per corruzione in atti giudiziari dell’avvocato David Mills e per reati societari nella compravendita di diritti tv Mediaset.
La decisione della Corte Costituzionale di dichiarare l’illegittimità del ‘lodo Alfano’ é stata presa a maggioranza, secondo quanto apprende l’ANSA da fonti qualificate. Il ‘verdetto’ della Corte costituzionale sarà ufficializzato a breve dalla Consulta con un comunicato.”
